Germany's GIFA International Foundry Exhibition, also known as GIFA Germany is the most influential foundry exhibition worldwide, organized by Messe Düsseldorf GmbH and held every four years. Since its inception in 1956, the exhibition has become one of the most significant in the global foundry equipment and technology sectors. The exhibition covers a broad range including foundry materials, foundry equipment, casting technology, alcoholization, molds, testing instruments, and control technologies, attracting foundry manufacturers, suppliers, and professionals from around the world to visit and display their latest products and services.

 

During the GIFA Exhibition, exhibiting companies will showcase the latest casting technologies and equipment, including 3D printing technology, CNC machining, and simulation. The quadrennial GIFA Exhibition in Germany will take place in Dusseldorf, Germany, from June 12 to June 16, 2023. This exhibition will feature numerous exhibitors, approximately more than 2200. The S1800 is a compact sand mold 3D printer with low investment and high returns.

 

1. It boasts a sand mold printing size of 1800×1000×730mm (Length×Width×Height), satisfying the printing demands of most casting sand molds.

 

2. The S1800 requires minimal space with low demands for site size and environmental conditions, demonstrating strong compatibility. The mainframe dimensions are 9000 ×1900 ×1930mm (Length×Width×Height). With a printing time of approximately 12 hours for a full box, the standard configuration includes two working sandboxes, enabling 24/7 continuous printing.

 

3. The printer utilizes 3D printing nozzles with proprietary intellectual property rights, offering broader compatibility with various printing materials. Our self-developed layering software and 3D printing control software are capable of executing all functions such as automatic slicing, printing data packet distribution, and host control. The S1800 supports touch-screen and one-click automated operations while ensuring robust maintenance and upgrade capabilities in the future.
